The malls in Metro Manila are currently running out of branded shirts, slacks, and leather shoes. Apparently, drug elements are changing their wardrobes.
When asked why, one of them replied, “The authorities are killing those wearing sandos and tsinelas and are only arresting those wearing nice clothes. In short, bawal ang naka-tsinelas ngayon at baka ma-salvage. At least, pag nicely dressed, arestado lang at hindi isa-salvage!”
