COMELEC to Probe Marlon Garcia

COMELEC shall formally probe Marlon Garcia, the Smartmatic personnel responsible in modifying certain server scripts to replace “?” with “ñ”. COMELEC has already ordered dozens of latex gloves to be worn by its personnel who will probe Marlon Garcia. Marlon has maintained his claim that he has no prostrate cancer.
